MEET THE FOUNDERS
Dr. Harold L. Arnold, Jr. and Dalia W. Arnold, CPA are co-founders of Eusebeia, a 501C3 non-profit organization as well as their for-profit organization, DiscoveringvFamily International (DFI), an organization that educates and empowers healthy, God-centered family life, and their real estate business, DFI Real Estate Investments.
The Arnolds are aspiring spiritual directors for marriage who specialize in integrating psychology, culture, and spirituality in their resources and program delivery. Dr. Harold is a social and organizational psychologist who specializes in developing family-focused culture in homes, places of worship, and business settings. He is author of three marriage enrichment books, The Unfair Advantage: A grace inspired path to winning at marriage, Marriage ROCKS for Christian Couples, and the Marriage ROCKS for Christian Couples Leader’s Guide. Dr. Harold is also author of a self development book titled, “Second Shift: How to grow your part-time passion to fulltime influence.”
Dalia is a Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years of financial experience in profit and not-for-profit domains. Dalia is gifted for service. In addition to loving and serving her husband and adult children with a sense of pride and excellence, she has received accolades for bringing that same spirit of excellence into her workplace and her ministry.
Education
Dr. Harold and Dalia met at Howard University where they both earned undergraduate degrees. Dr. Harold also earned doctorate and Master’s degrees from Temple University in Social and Organizational Psychology. He also holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary and a Master’s in Systems Engineering from University Maryland College Park.
Dalia is a Certified Public Account and has also completed her certification in Biblical Counseling from the Christian Research & Development Training Institute.
Ministry Service
In addition to their responsibilities as co-directors and board members of Eusebeia, Dr. Harold and Dalia also serve as directors of the marriage ministry at their local church, New Covenant Church of Philadelphia.
